Throughout this transition, you will be experimenting with many new things: new ingredients, new dishes, new cooking styles, new ways to add flavor, new ways to impress your guests, and of course, new ways to screw up a dinner entirely. Trying anything new requires much trial and error, but I hope to help you out with that here.

I’ll make the mistakes for you!

I will be keeping track of everything we make and recording the recipes here from anything to vegan creamy noodle casserole to ways to make plant-based butter. Every recipe here I have made myself and have included any little tips and tricks I found useful or even necessary.
